Refund Policy

Membership Cancellations

Once you have subscribed to a 6 or 12 month plan, you will be charged each month depending on the plan chosen (for 6 months or 12 months). Once subscribing to a plan, it may not be cancelled. You will be charged for the remainder of the plan. 

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE END OF AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THAT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING THE END OF A SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME.

There will be a cancellation fee if subscription plan has been cancelled before the end of its term (i.e 6 month plan)

All cancellation requests received after the first day of the calendar month following a subscription period will apply to the following subscription period.

We may terminate your membership, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or our policies, is harmful our business interests, or for an inactive account.

 

Product Refunds

Due to COVID-19 we are currently not accepting returns, this is to protect the safety of our customers. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products during this time. If you have a problem with your order please contact us: info@shopbabyboxes.com

Lost or Stolen Packages
Baby Box is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Baby Box will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
